Life Education Bus

Today we had a visit from Pip and Harold the giraffe from the Life Education Trust. We were lucky enough to get to visit the bus for two sessions. Our focus in the bus was friendships and the need to treat others the way we want to be treated. We discussed what a good friend is and how we can use these qualities to create positive relationships with others. Pip read us a story about being Bucket Fillers and Bucket Dippers. A bucket filler is someone who does and says kind things to people while a bucket dipper does or says something that causes someone to feel sad. We all want to be bucket fillers! We learnt a great quote which was "You don't need to be friends to be friendly".

Harold came out to say hello to us several times throughout the lessons and he even sang a song for us at the end! We really enjoyed our time in the bus today.
Thanks for coming Pip and Harold!

Check out some photos of us in the Life Education Bus!
